The thesis was defended in October 2015 at the University of Southern Denmark. The PhD Evaluation Committee was comprised of Professor Mitu Gulati (Duke University), Michael Bergman (University of Copenhagen) and Jacob Weisdorf (University of Southern Denmark). The course work for the PhD degree was completed at the University of Aarhus in 1998-2000.
